Docuvitals app is designed to work alongside remote health monitoring devices and the Docuvitals portal on the caregivers' end, facilitating a seamless connection between a patient's health data and their caregivers. The app showcases the data collected by the remote monitoring devices and transmits it to the caregivers to receive patient alerts.

The Docuvitals app records the patient's health metrics using the remote monitoring devices in the comfort of the patient's home. In tandem with the associated devices, it captures baseline measurements such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse rate, weight, and blood glucose levels. Furthermore, acceptable variations in measurements and thresholds are documented on a patient-specific basis.

Messaging functionality within the app enables communication between caregivers and patients regarding the patient's well-being, along with sharing readings from the remote monitoring devices for comprehensive review.
